At FILME, our Short Film Fund is dedicated to empowering emerging filmmakers—writers, directors, and producers—by providing the financial support needed to bring their creative visions to life.
We focus on breaking barriers by connecting bold storytellers with resources and funding to produce impactful narrative short films (live-action & animation), web series pilots, and proof-of-concept shorts for TV series and features. FILME isn’t just about funding projects; it’s about fostering a global community of creators and reshaping the future of storytelling.
Eligibility Requirements
Script Length: Submissions must be between 5-15 pages in standard screenplay format (PDF only).
Creative Team:
Applicants must have a core creative team in place, including a director, writer, and producer.
Provide a short bio or credentials for your key team members to demonstrate their experience and ability to bring the project to life.
Project Type:
We accept narrative short film scripts (live-action or animation), web series pilots, and proof-of-concept shorts for TV series or features.
Your script should have a clear concept and demonstrate originality, strong storytelling, and feasibility.
Language: Submissions must be in English.
